Kimber’s Mish Mash Challenge: Triangle

2 Oct

Another day, another day in bed sick. Yes, I’m still sick. I might normally go to work today but I work with seniors and the last thing I want is to make them ill. So instead I’m in bed. I’ll probably clean my room, too.. Woohoo, my life is so exciting.

Anyway, it’s Wednesday and for once I’m going to post my challenge mani before 10pm. This week’s challenge was Triangles and despite my best laid plans, I ended up doing something really simple because I didn’t have the patience to struggle out something more complex.

I used scotch tape to outline the triangles at the base of my nails (and at the top for my accent nail), then just added nail gems at the apex of each to give it a little something extra.

The polishes I used fort his were:

  • Base coat: Julie G Shark’s Cove
  • Triangles: Wet N Wild On a Trip

That’s it for me because I feel a nap coming on, haha. See you all for Friday’s fab 5, hopefully I’m back to my normal healthy self by then 🙂

Don’t forget to check out the other ladies in this challenge group:

I wanted to do the same thing where I put my triangle facing a different way as an accent, but I forgot and by the time I remembered it was to late lol.. Great job.

IMHO green+purple is always an epic win! I love how they look together in general and in your manicure too. 🙂

I’m catching up on comments now, I’ve had issues commenting on WP sites 🙂

I love the colour combo and your triangle half moon mani!

I love purple and green! Sometimes a simple manicure is better than something extravagant and fancy. This looks fantastic.
